The Penthouse Studio is a creative space where architecture, interior design and design come together to create unique projects. We offer home staging, integral reform and turnkey in collaboration with Real Rendering, enhancing each proposal from the beginning.
We coordinate the entire process to offer personalized, functional results without surprises, taking care of every detail so that our clients only have to enjoy the final result.
Our Workflow, the creative process

Briefing and initial documentation
We receive the planimetry (CAD or PDF), material specifications, technical specifications and, if applicable, the landscaping project. We analyze the scope of the project and send you an adjusted proposal in less than 24 hours.

Definition of points of view
We select with the client the angles with the greatest narrative and commercial potential, optimizing the visual impact of the rendering.

High quality modeling
We model the project in detail, taking care of geometries, textures and finishes to achieve an accurate and realistic representation.

Preview
We export a medium quality render to validate materials, framing and light direction before the final rendering.

Review and adjustments
Includes up to 2 rounds of corrections per image. We adjust key details such as lighting, materials or framing to align the result with your vision.
06
Final delivery
Delivery of the images in 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 px), ready for presentation, marketing or publication.
